My fitness services can be conducted in the comfort of your own home or desired workout area, either virtually or in-person. Trainings can include incorporate a variety of modalities based on each client’s comfort level, experience, and goals; I provide creative routines based on careful consideration of the fitness tools and equipment available to each client. If needed, I’ll create personalized playlists to help clients maintain their energy during each routine – it’s very important for me to create a successful plan and environment for each client.
I understand that my clients’ fitness needs should be met wherever they are; I accommodate clients who are traveling for leisure or business. Investing in a healthy lifestyle requires consistency, commitment and structure; I am able to bring fitness services to you regardless of where you are, either in-person or virtually, whether you are traveling long-term or short-term. If you prefer to workout independently but just need a plan to add direction and structure, I can build and develop an exercise program for any desired duration. This service incorporates accountability features, including bi-weekly progress updates, access to work out schedules, and detailed anatomy information to help you understand how each exercise impacts your body. If desired, I will also work with you to identify and select fitness equipment to enhance your programming options and features.
Fitness and nutrition go hand-in-hand, as both are essential for building and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I provide virtual or in-home nutritional analysis for clients seeking to change, improve, or better understand their eating habits. Through this analysis, I will also provide nutritional guidance and insights so clients can maximize wellness based on their lifestyle and needs. My goal is to have my clients understand the complex functions of calories, sugars, carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals, and vitamins to improve health, increase energy, and manage weight.
I can also provide guidance and support with meal preparation, as I have a dynamic culinary background, including a degree in Culinary Arts and work experience in numerous exclusive restaurants in both Barbados and Nantucket Island. I can assist clients with recipe recommendations, food preparation strategies and demos, and insights into how clients can use food in tandem with their fitness plan to sustain a healthy lifestyle.

It is essential that each person’s personal fitness setting reflects their unique strengths, needs, and goals. I work with clients to select good-fit home equipment based on their fitness goals and aspirations, as having the right combination of tools is essential for maximizing workouts. I work with my clients to find the in-home equipment that works best for them by considering both old-school tools and newest, most advanced modern technology.
