Hello, my name is Jason, I’m your new personal trainer!

With my guidance and support, you’ll receive personalized coaching to help you shape and tone your body, improve overall health and wellbeing, and build a foundation for long-term fitness success. My workouts are designed to be fun, engaging, and interactive, so you’ll stay motivated and committed to your goals. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, I’m here to help you reach your full potential with a tailored fitness plan that suits your unique needs and preferences.

MY HISTORY

After my wife was suddenly hospitalized in 2016, I realized the value of working with individuals to create personalized fitness plans that maximize overall health and wellbeing. I became passionate about meeting people’s fitness needs regardless of physical, mental, and social barriers because I saw how much my wife benefitted from regular, tailored workout plans after her diagnosis. I wanted to be able to provide others with the same experiences and benefits she had no matter what obstacles they have encountered in life, and that led to the creation of my business.

MY EXPERIENCE

I started working out with my father at age 13 in a tiny back yard gym, which gave me the basic knowledge of strength training. I learned the basics from my dad; lifting weights is what saved my father’s life. When he was in a serious bicycle accident when I was a child, the amount of muscle mass gained from his diet and exercise lifestyle cushioned the impact, preventing death. I later moved to the United States where I’ve obtained many accredited personal training and fitness certifications  that allowed me to teach in all capacities in fitness which range from group class fitness, spin classes, functional and mobility clinics, sports performance and many more areas of expertise. I have years of experience working in a variety of settings, including country clubs, private homes, studios and resorts within the Washington DC Metro area and Nantucket
